Since Access Gen Edit Console allows updates directly against the
encyclopedia, there is an extensive auditing facility that is used to track
all changes made to the encyclopedia. This stores the details of the user that
has made a change, when that change was made and contains an image of the
affected encyclopedia rows both before and after the change was made.
You can access the Audit Log by pressing F16 from the Access Gen Edit Console
Search Panel. A further search panel then helps you find the details of any
particular change made.
