When attempting to gain access to Access Gen (TSO) some developers get
the following message and as a result cannot use the software:
Command ===> Maximum number of licensed users has been reached
This message appears when the number of users attempting to use Access
Gen (TSO) exceeds the licensed number that has been purchased. Access
Gen (TSO) is licensed on a per user basis. This is not a concurrent
license, but the total number using the product. This is monitored by
the tool which maintains a list of valid users. If a user ceases to
use the product, their ‘slot’ becomes available for another user after
a set period.
